I jumped on here expecting some adulation (for the course, not me) and I'm surprised.. I've played a bunch of Ron's course - almost all of them great - and I rate this as close to his best! I loved it, both the course and design. The greens, true to the real thing, are indeed tough - small and undulating, and the layout is exacting yet rewarding. From what I've read the design feels accurate and it's certainly picturesque and plays smooth and true. It's a beauty in my book, awesome work Ron, kudos and cheers!

Bunker placements can be sometimes monotonous but, on this course, this is not so !
Case in point : the par-5 10th hole where all the bunkers are left and right, making your tee shot a little tricky, the par-4 15th where the bunkers are on the left side and the par-4 16th where there are plenty of bunkers, most of them being right in front of the green in a crowned fashion.
If it is not the most exciting course visually, it plays smoothly and provides a nice break from some more challenging courses.

Very nice course to play. I have a low end computer and even with all the nice detail my game ran good. Well done Ron.

Good job Ron. Enjoyed my round, played smoothly. Same as PhilT those bunkers caught me a few times.

Same comments for this course as the last one! Very hard to hit the greens well on this one elvation around greens is hard to judge and the bunkers come into it also...well for me they did! BTW I cannot comment on accuracy from the real courses as I do not know both courses, all I know is they are great!
