This course plays smoothly and the tree-lined undulated and/or uphill fairways look nice but it lacks challenging holes.
If it is the designer's first course, then congratulations are in order as most of us would not even be able to create one hole, much less an entire layout. Textures used are fine and greens are nice without being tricky, give or take a few.
However, I would have liked a little smoothening around the edges of the ponds and lakes, as well as around a few mounds, and a panorama to avoid seeing some bare land near some holes.
In the meantime, CC Software is up to an encouraging start...

An okay course, but it lagged quite a bit for me, I think its those trees had to bring the graphics options right down, whereas Arrowhead course I was on full graphics and it ran smooth. But the design was okay I think you need to have a look at the textures.

Sure would like to see a couple of screen shots... :)
