A very enjoyable links-style course, with a small mountain range as a panorama, plenty of gorse bushes, a few... trees, and plenty of pot bunkers along the undulating fairways. After a “gentle” start (two par-4 doglegs, slightly to the left, and a straight par-3), I like the right dogleg par-4 4th hole, with plenty of gorse bushes on the right, and a nice lighthouse, beyond the green on the left. The next few holes are all nice: the par-4 5th hole, with the ocean facing the tee box far away, has an undulating fairway and a slightly-elevated green, slightly to the left with 5 pot bunkers around, the right dogleg par-5 6th needs a long approach shot to the green, over a small meandering creek running across the fairway, with the ocean and a lighthouse on the left and a big VIP tent on the right, and the left dogleg par-4 7th hole, with the coastline on the right, requires a tee shot over a small creek, and an approach shot, again over a small creek. But my favorite hole on the front 9 is the par-4 8th, with a tee shot over the cliffs and nice fences all along the edge of the sandy coastline on the right. The back 9 starts with the long (about 605 yards) par-5 10th hole, with an undulating fairway, and slightly uphill all the way to the green, with the ocean further behind, and is followed by the bare-looking par-3 11th, slightly uphill with the ocean as a backdrop. Then, after the two similar left dogleg par-4 12th and 13th holes, with fairways following the coastline on the right, you will reach the very picturesque par-4 14th, with nice zigzagging fences next to the ocean on the right and plenty of pot bunkers all along the fairway and in front, and around the green, slightly to the right, with a few trees further back on the left. Finally, after three more inland and relatively “easy” holes, you will conclude your round with the straight and scenic par-4 18th hole, with trees lining up the fairway on the left, a reddish field on the right, and a slightly-elevated green with a VIP tent on the right and a nice clubhouse behind. With nice plantings, some challenging holes and bird and ocean sounds on a couple of holes, you will definitely have fun playing this well-designed course, thanks to PCDurum !

This is a great course, got the feel of a coastal course if one of the more established course designers it would be raved about, I give it 4 stars. I can see the point about the trees but there are not many so it does not bother, its not like they were lining the fairways, so its okay. Yes some tough bunkers! I was in a few of them! lol Yes a top course.
