Just found this one and as mentioned below for a first course its very good, and as it also plays advanced great its a keeper for me thank you for sharing.

Yes I shold have made myserlf clearer for a first course it is perfectly okay,in fact better than many other designers that have made several.

I do agree with some of the things PhilT has mentioned, but would like to add. As your first course, I thought you did pretty good, some things you might work on. Although water does not have to be perfectly flat, it should be flat, and looks better with a bank on it(slope). I think as you go, you will learn to mix up the tree's and you will experiment with elevation changes, it will come in time. I liked the greens you did, nice and subtle. Look and see how other courses are done, that may help you get some good ideas about planting. Also, use a pano that was made for 08, some 07's will work too. But the one you chose was from an earlier version and it has vertical lines in it.
All in all, I think you are off to a good start, keep up the good work!

Just played this one..nice choice of texture and what you have is well made. found each hole to be similar and flat same old trees down each side and behind greens, was getting into a rut, when hole 11 you seemed to have a go at fairway elevations...and wow I woke up! this was not done so well and you seemd to think likewise as the next hole 12 tyou were back to yuor flat fairways again!
Bunkers went a bit thin on the ground until the same thing happened on hole 16, WOW! hazards all over the place and hardly any fairway to hit! then it reverted back to flat stuff again meanwhile the same ol trees down each side of fairways and finally hole 18 no clubhouse? and always a bit of an anti climax to finish a round on a par 3?...so I give this one a 2 star but will watch for your next course with interest.
