A very nice course, from a lesser-known designer, that is quite challenging with water hazards, strategically-placed bushes and rocks but, with the ocean, unfortunately, a bit too darkĀ ! With great plantings, this par 72 is a joy to watch and play and quite a few holes are very nice : the par-4 3rd, a right dogleg with a narrow fairway near the green and a small creek in front, the long par-5 4th, quite scenic with a small hill on the left side and 3 ponds (!) on the right, and the par-3 5th hole, with sand halfway around the green, looking more like a dried creek leading to the ocean. The par-4 6th hole is quite challenging, with its slightly elevated and narrow fairway where two bunkers, left and right, are awaiting your errant shots in the middle, before you can aim for the sligthly downhill green. As for the par-4 7th hole, with its two big rocks on both sides of the tee, you will have to think twice about club selection as a small creek joining two ponds, flows across the fairway not far from the green. On the back 9, after a nice par-4 10th hole, a right dogleg with trees hiding the view of the green, surrounded by a small hill, the par-3 11th is quite scenic with its nice overview of the green, surrounded by a lake and a few hills. Another breathtaking view awaits you on the left dogleg par-4 12th hole, with a big lake in front of the tee to deal with, if you want to reach the fairway on the other bank. After the par-3 13th hole, quite nice with its overview of bungalows beyond the green, you will reach one of my favorite holes, the right dogleg par-5 14th, where an uphill tee shot, a downhill green, and big bushes and rocks in the middle of the fairway will be on your "menu". Finally, after the picturesque par-4 16th hole, a left dogleg near the seashore, the spectacular par-5 18th hole, with big ponds in the middle, sand across further down, and its four (!) small fairways will convince you to download this gorgeous course (despite its dark ocean) and to take a closer look at the few other fantasy courses designed, with talent, by krbushee !

I played only one rd on tour this week only....:( It's my fault for not getting my rounds in earlier in the week, and the 3 rds I had left was going to be tough to get in this morning with me taking so long playing expert right now, but I'm going to try a different schedule where I play this tour on Monday & Tuesday instead of waiting until weekends. This should work, I hope because I liked this course even though it whipped me silly on the greens. Very beautiful looking island course where I was looking at all the cool things you put on it, and it had some interesting hole layouts too. Whoever plays this course make sure your approach shots are well placed or my good friend, Mr. 3 putt who loves me, will come visit ya........
Was loving the killer views with the ocean side like vibes it gave me. Very cool it was, and I liked the bird sounds with the island vibe they sent out too, but they kinda get a little bothersome after a bit. Nothing to bad cause I still enjoyed my rd, and you did some pretty good work with things on this course. I feel bad when I don't finish tour rds because so many people put hard work into things, but I'm going to figure a better schedule out so I can play these cool courses for more than one rd only..... :(
Thanks for your time while making this course Squirrely

I was really impressed with the layout of this course. Some very original hole designs, especially liked #9 and that par 3 through the rocks. Greens needed to be a little smoother with the deep depressions and huge variations...
I liked it...thanks for the hard work

I was not impressed with this course being used for the CDT tour. The greens were totally unrealistic and the layout of the course was very dissapointing compare to some of the designers previous efforts.

What a ride! Love it! This is a great example of how roller coaster greens are not just playable, but fair! Great job!

Nice course, and got the feel of the place, lovely textures tough greens though! I normally do not like island courses (do not know why) but this one was enjoyable. Look forward to your next course.
