Sorry JSJarvis - I read in some of the posts that some kind of review was done, but I did not understand it. Thanks for clearing it up. I have since then deleted the course from my courses.
That said, The designer of this course should pull it and ask some of the more experienced designers for help. As it stands, this is the worst course I have ever encountered. I have been able to convert TW2006 coures that look a lot better than this (Such as Paradise Cove and Greek Isles and Emerald Dragon, LPGA International, etc.)
Please, this course from what I hear in real life is a fantastic course to play, and I would like to see that.
And again, thanks CDT staff for helping me understand.

It is NOT our responsibility to "review" a course prior to release. Our responsibility is to check a course to make sure that the proper files are included in the zip file and to make sure the course will load. It is the architect`s responsibility to have his/her course tested properly prior to releasing it to the public. If you feel this course is a rough draft or beta, put that on the designer, not on the staff here.

I thought that CDT Staff reviews courses before putting them up. This one is flat, and many holes I have to fight to see the ball because of a garbage can, park bench, and even between the legs of a camera man (holes 7, 11, 14, 16 & 18). There are no trees, and the rough is WASTE LAND!
This course looks like a rough draft, a beta 1, or the first crack at designing this course. I wish that courses like this are better screened.

The main problem I have is the desert texture where there should be rough. Due to this I never got past hole 2
If this is corrected I will download version 2 and try to complete my round of one of my own personal top 3 favourite courses that I have played in real life.

I think the lag on this course is just down to the wrong library, and Smitty will be back here to fix it, only he has been silent here since the release.

Hi Smitty I see you have a few nagitive comments here, and I'm sorry to say I agree I know yr courses and you aim to plz most of the golfers here.
So instead I will give you a little info I have found while playing the course 1) :The lag is bad but I found if you lower some of the setings it smooths out a fair bit and makes the course more playable.2) The tee off on hole six is missing most of the parts for the TV tower. 3)Hole 7 the garbage can blocks the players view to hit the ball.. the W -key helps here. I hope you donot take this as any type of insalt, as it is all ment to help you out with any couse fix's you may do in the future. ty vm J C Lawton

Ok this course is poor compared to others, but fair play to GreatSmitty he had a go. It can't be easy making these courses and everyone can't be perfect especially on an early attempt. I would not have a clue how to do it and am just glad people are keeping an intrest in TW08 despite EA abandoning the PC version.

smitty. there was no color except for the greens and fairways. also, there seemed to be a lot of lag when playing. the lag was so great that we could not finish playing.

I was glad to see a British course but disappionted with thr result. GREATSMITTY I'm sure you could sort out it's problems, there is only fairways and greens.
