No, LeBron James has not gone into the golfing business (yet...?) but, if he does, he could well start with this gorgeous, albeit relatively "easy", course !
With one of my favorite panoramas (Laurel Ridge - small hills with a nice lake below) to admire, you are off to a beautiful start with the downhill left dogleg par-4 1st hole : with nice trees along the way, beautiful villas on a rocky hilltop (on the right side) and a nice lake behind the elevated green, you know you will enjoy playing on this course...
After a nice par-3 2nd hole, with red flowers on both sides of the tee area and a tee shot over a wide lake (with a nice panorama in front as a "bonus"), you will reach the right dogleg par-5 3rd, with blue flowers in front, more hilltop villas on the right side, and a few rocks around the wide green.
If the dogleg par-4 4th hole is not too difficult, it has a nice lake on the left side, just like the par-3 5th, with a tee shot over it, whereas the downhill right dogleg par-4 9th hole has a big and beautiful mansion (clubhouse ?) on the left side of the fairway halfway, and a nice green, with a little rocky wall around part of it behind.
The back 9 has some beautiful holes too, starting with the right dogleg par-4 10th, with a tee shot over a lake (with a nice wooden covered bridge on the right) and trees on a small hilltop on the left side of the fairway.
The short (about 350 yards) and straight par-4 11th hole looks easy but is tricky with a wide bunker right in the middle on the other bank of the small lake where, of course, your ball will have a great chance of landing into !
Then, after the downhill par-3 13th hole, with nice villas on the left side and an elevated green with a slope all around it, and the short (about 330 yards) par-4 14th, with a green partially hidden by trees on the right side, you will play two holes that look alike : the scenic right dogleg par-5 15th, with an approach shot over a small lake (and another covered bridge on the right) and the par-4 16th hole, with an elevated green instead !
But if you thought you had seen it all, wait until you discover the gorgeous (and signature ?) par-3 17th hole, with a… blind tee shot downhill to an island green (with a bigger island, right behind it !) : simply superb…
And you will finish your nice round with the left dogleg par-4 18th hole, with the lake on the left side, and a little slanted fairway leading to the green with that mansion/clubhouse behind.
lpartee04 designed a spectacular, yet easy, course, where after reaching the 18th green, you should feel like a... king !

Was re visiting some course and just played this one and cannot think how I missed a comment on it, this is a really good course texture choice is just right and the layout is very player friendly but still challenging, so I have put the record straight, its a mystery that I did not comment when it came out...must be loosing it!
