Another beautiful course from ron717, with a... nice and blue ocean (with non-moving waves !), wide open fairways, a few big and/or elongated bunkers and smooth greens. After the left dogleg par-5 1st hole, with bare land behind the tree-lined fairway, the dogleg par-4 2nd has a nice panoramic view of the ocean from the tee box, and a green slightly downhill and to the left, with... 6 small bunkers (!) in front (on the left) and two more (on the right) ! The next three holes are very pretty in their own ways : the straight par-3 4th has a nice view of the ocean as you tee off and a wide bunker across in front, not too far from the green, the dogleg par-4 5th has an elongated lake on the left with 4 tiny islands with a few trees in the middle, and a green, further to the left, and the left dogleg par-4 6th hole has an elongated bunker crossing the fairway diagnonally from the left with an approach shot over it to reach the green. The par-3 7th hole is easy but pretty with its ocean view as you reach the wide green, surrounded by quite a few trees, and the dogleg par-5 9th is quite short (about 460 yards) and should allow you to putt for an eagle, despite its blind approach shot slightly downhill to the green. The back 9 has a few nice holes too, starting with the dogleg par-4 10th, with a big bunker in the middle of the fairway and the green, slightly to the left, and continuing with the scenic dogleg par-4 11th hole, with an enormous u-shaped bunker starting on the right, near the tee, and all along on the left of the fairway before ending near the green ! Then, after the left dogleg par-5 12th hole, slightly downhill to the green, the next few holes are pretty straight, with the two par-3, the 13th and 15th holes, looking nice but similar with a green, surrounded by a few trees (just like on the 7th hole). The par-5 17th hole, with its beautiful view of the ocean, should offer you another chance to putt for an eagle, if you can avoid the big bunker on the left side of the green, before heading for the picturesque dogleg par-4 18th, with an elongated bunker on the left (and next to an elongated lake to the right) and a green, slightly to the right. While not too difficult, Little Cayman Golf Club is visually attractive and fun to play and another nice course to keep from ron717...
