Bent Tree, yes, but also bent fairways ! For one of the very first times, I can't remember playing a course with so few... straight holes : I think there are three overall, the rest being doglegs, curving mostly uphill and downhill around the lakes ! willie has done a very good job with the undulated fairways and the elevated terrain. Quite a few holes are nice with the par-3 2nd hole next to a creek but my favorite hole on the front 9 is the par-5... 9th (what beautiful villas & flowers beds next to a green !). On the back 9, which is nice too, the par-3 17th is a beauty with the green surrounded by the water and the downhill par-5 18th offers you a very nice way to finish your round. A definite keeper for me...

Hi Willy,
A very enjoyable course and one of your best.
Thanks for your prolific output of courses and even though I do not rank you among the elite designers, I still appreciate your more than adequate courses and they are definite improving in quality.
I look forward to your next course.
Cheers Brian

This is a great course - fair for all levels. I played both Novice and Advanced at Very Dry, Heavy Rough, and Breezy winds. The sloping on the green makes playing enjoyable. Some courses you cannot play at v-dry because of severe slopes that one would never find on real courses. Yours is the exception.
I also liked the variety in elevations from the tee, and some of the undulations were fair.
In Novice mode, I noticed that the balls flew further. I over-hit more greens than in advanced. However, because I can hit the ball almost to the yard in ADV, on very dry courses I like to hit the shots just short of the green and let the roll and momentum take over. It was very accurate.
Again, thanks for taking the time to design a course. I wish I could, but it is not something that I am good at. I gave you a "5" in the rating, which I do not give to many courses, because it has to be a gem, like yours, to earn that from me.

This is a neat course. Fun to play. Seams at edge of fairways and around greens are very nicely done. Textures very good as well. Congratulations.

Willie another nice course very well layed out. you did a gr8 job with planting, something I like to see and other, course builders seem to forget. The course plays smoothly with no lag at all. yardage is good for accurate shots. I'd tell anyone to get this course... again gr8 job...!!
