A nice course, set in a hilly countryside with wide-open views and undulated fairways, sparsely-planted trees, subtle elevation changes, and with plenty of blind shots, a few water hazards (some of them tiny and hidden) and some tricky undulating greens. My favorite holes include the right dogleg par-4 2nd, with a blind and uphill tee shot and a downhill approach to the green, the scenic par-3 4th hole, with a blind and downhill tee shot, with a small pond on the left side of the green (and a nice panoramic view), and the left dogleg par-4 5th, with a blind and uphill approach to the green over a small elongated lake. If you are in a gambling mood, you will love the short (about 320 yards) downhill par-4 7th hole, with a v-shaped big pond in front of the green, with a bunker on the edge, and the right dogleg par-5 8th, where you will need to hit a steeply-uphill (and blind) tee shot, while making sure to avoid landing in a (hidden) small pond across, halfway, before hitting your second blind shot downward to the green (with a few bunkers around). Coming back, I like the left dogleg par-4 12th hole, with a downward slope to the green, with a hidden tiny pond across in front, and the two par-4 holes, the 14th, uphill all the way, with an approach shot over a few bunkers and a tiny pond across (not far from the green), and the risky and short (about 270 yards) and straight 15th hole, uphill to the green, with a bunker in front and another one on the left. But the best is for last with the right dogleg par-5 17th hole, with a blind and downhill tee shot landing onto a heavily-slanted fairway and with a blind and long second shot toward the green, with a small serpentine lake on the left, and the straight and risky par-4 18th, quite short (about 295 yards) but with a tee shot over that lake, branching out everywhere in front of the green. Overall, this par 72 is enjoyable and offers quite a few challenging holes and, thanks to Engguy, you hardly will notice the small sponsors' billboards, scattered along this Clambaker HIlls !

Nice to see you designing again Philip. My goodness that second hole is very scenic. The course captured the ambience of an area where its either raining or thinking about raining. Whats up with your shadows.,some of them look more like stains than shadows,ie,tenth?hole. Some of those half-hidden water features can be tricky. Enjoyable course which is a notch or two above average.
