When Chimaera Design's imagination is at work, watch out ! This par 72 plays very smoothly and is quite nice with gorgeous fairways, high rough, plantings and... quite a few pot bunkers spread along. But when you mix a city skyline, similar to La Defense district, near Paris, with a small old castle and a modern building made of concrete, you suddenly realize that you are playing a fantasy course ! The contrast is quite visible on the par-4 1st hole, with the modern skyline as a backdrop, the small castle on the left side of the tee. The next interesting hole is the par-4 5th, with a small creek flowing across the fairway and then hugging the fairway to the left. But my favorite hole is the left dogleg par-5 8th, with its slanted fairway and creek on the right side all the way to the green. As for the short par-4 9th hole, slightly curved to the left, its green is framed by a castle on the right and the modern house on the left ! On the back 9, the left dogleg par-4 10th hole is "cute" with its little bridge near the tee and its rectangular pond, whereas the sharp dogleg par-4 12th hole has a wide lake on the left. If you don't feel like you are near Paris, teeing off on the par-4 15th hole will gently remind it to you with a glimpse of the... Eiffel Tower on the left side of the fairway ! But, despite being French (nobody is perfect...!), I prefer the par-4 17th hole, quite scenic with a stream flowing across the fairway... four times ! Well designed, La Ferme golf course is interesting, if not spectacular. As for the panorama, I let you be the judge...

Than you gentlemen. Wizards may be closer to the truth that he realizes, :) The real reason behind my recent prolificity (is that a word? i don't think so) is a labour dispute with my employer, allowing me almost 24/7 to design courses because i can't sleep anyway. This is sort of therapautic, i guess. But don't let that bother you. Just enjoy playing the courses. i sure enjoy designing them.

Jimi must be the most prolific designer in the history of TW, and we mere mortals only get 24hrs a day, I am sure he has at least double that, for everything he puts out, or perhaps, their is little else to do in the land of the windmill, his imagination certainly has no bounds. He simply is incredible.

You were You right about the pot bunker, Found one on the first swing. You are A master designer! You take A chunk of land and come up with something like this. This course has it all nice layout with interisting holes, testing greens, bridge's and cool pano. Your course are the type you just download with no need to check the comments or photo's.
Thanks for all you hard work!
