As mentioned by eaglphan in the general info, this par 72 is not the fanciest one you will ever play, but it runs smoothly, and is well designed with wide (and sometimes undulating and/or slightly uphill) fairways (with strategically-placed bunkers in the middle), and some water hazards, along with a few small rocky walls and colorful flowers around the greens. Not surprisingly, all the water holes are my favorites : on the front 9, i like the right dogleg par-5 3rd, with a tee shot landing short of a serpentine creek, crossing the fairway midway, and a green, framed by two bunkers, and the left dogleg par-4 6th, with a big pond on the left, not far from the green. The par-3 9th hole is very pretty too, with a tee shot flying over a winding creek, crossing the fairway in front of the green. Water comes into play also on your way back, with my favorite hole, being the gorgeous par-3 11th, with a blind and downhill tee shot landing onto an island green, in the middle of a big pond, filled with reeds all around and with a couple of nice small rocky walls on both sides. You will then face later on the very scenic par-5 16th hole, where you will have to be very careful with your shots as the ball will have to fly over a serpentine creek three times to reach the green (with another small rocky wall behind) before finishing with the picturesque par-3 18th (seen on the above picture), with a tee shot over a wide elongated lake crossing the fairway diagonally. Overall, with quite a few straight holes (often slightly uphill), you should not have any problems reaching the greens, provided that you hit accurate tee shots in order to avoid the small bunkers, scattered midway, making the fairways quite narrow, at times...

Nice course Eaglphan, loved the whole thing and I have nothing to say that could make it any better. I loved that all the traps are in just the right areas to effect you on all the fairways, plays great. thanks for your time and effort!! Now lets see if I can do a half decent score on it on the course downloads tour!

A nice course. Particularly liked holes twelve and sixteen. A minor grump would be the fringe textures to the bunkers and tee areas but overall i would strongly recommend this course.
