After finishing playing this course, I have mixed feelings after reading its description. It is smooth, plantings are minimal but well done, fairways are nice and some greens are elevated with slopes to make it more difficult, but where are all the houses ?
The course seems easy but, because of a few greens, you really have to concentrate on your birdie attempts.
Visually, if the city skyline is nice (but is it really Chicago ?), there is not much variety with the holes, mostly straight forward. Sorry, but without taking away all the hard work from Bruce R which deserves to be considered, I do not think this is his best course...

Thanks for the comment, you are probably correct, my biggest problem was even a skylne of Chicago illinois may not have been correct, as the course is located at Wheaton Illinois, now I have no idea how far that is from downtown Chicago, from images of the surrounds ofthe course from Google Earth or Virtual Earth, the course was surrounded by suburbia, lots of huge homes, now to avoid adding to many points to the plot I placed a few around the course in the right spot and let the Pano take care of the rest, Because their has been confusion with some of my other courses in regards to "Real or "Fantasy I decided to end all that and just put down "Real" for any course that I created from the Dem and Orthoimagery from the USGS site, regardless if the skyline or clubhouse were from the original course.
Being here in Australia it is extremelly difficult to get a lot of info on most American courses unless their is a good home page for the course online.

I have been coming back from time to time to see if their were any comments, as to date non, so I guess that means their is very little wrong with it I hope, anyway, thanks to all who have d/l the course and anyone who may d/l it in the future, If I do anymore designing this year it will be with the PGAX, I was thinkin of updating Royal Perth, The Australian and The New South Wales Golf Club with the usual 08 textures and Planting but I will probably leave that till next year along with Royal Melbourne and hopefully one or two others, plus hopefully a couple of PGAX courses.
