Well, the greens are tricky in spots, which generally doesn't endear a course to me...but in this case the greens rolled true, and if you hit a good putt it went in, which I can't say about most courses with lots of breaking greens. Enjoyed my round, Tay1062, hope you are still around and seeing the positive comments. Always loved Australia, hope you got to go home in 2008. Added to my favorites. 'nuf said.

No, after all, I did not dream !
After finishing playing this course, I just read the comments and realized that I was right : there is, indeed, a railroad track which comes across the 4th hole before being seen again on the 13th.
With a nice skyline panorama in the background, nice plantings, a little serpentine stream, and your traditional bunkers to keep you in line, this course plays very well but beware of the greens which are very tricky with the slopes...
A nice job by tay1062 worth keeping !

I'm finally getting around to trying out some of the recent releases ...
Very nice job, Terry. Flowing design with a very nice pano showing the city as a backdrop. Excellent detail work on the various plantings and the streams and railroad tracks. As for constructive criticism, I might suggest testing the course in very dry conditions. It was tough to make the ball stick on a few greens -- 6, 11 and 12 come to mind. Overall, a very enjoyable course. Look forward to your next one.

its nice to get a comment from a fellow Australian. Although i have not live back there since 2001 i am looking forward to coming home for xmas to Sydney. i have a few other courses under construction stay tuned.

I must jump into this congratuatory field, very, very nice course, you can tell alot of effort wen't into this course, very well constructed & the eye candy, SWEET. Seeing as you've only made a few courses thus far as per according to your first cpl designs, "i can only say i hope we see more" from you my friend, very nice job, congrats.

Thank you for the comments dartower59 & golfrick007.This course was a long time in the making as i was trying to build 3 or 4 others at the same time and kept moving between them all. Golden Valley is not far from my home in Minnesota and i took several "drive by" trips looking at the course to make it as acurate as possible. I am glad you enjoyed it.
