Fabulous course and design, this one is a real beauty. Loved every hole (especially the long par 5 17th) and there is something to think about with almost every shot played - a load of fun and a great challenge. Awesome design (whether or not the real deal), cheers!

I am familiar with your 06 Willow Valley design and I liked it very much. I think a mistake a lot of novice designers make is trying early on in their designing endeavours to reproduce or simulate very well known existing golf courses. You have tried to tackle one here that certainly is not an easy one to replicate. If you had made this just a fictitious course under any given name and considering that you are fairly new to the designing game, I would certainly give you two thumbs up for this design. Other than maybe some better bunker edging, the course itself is quite nicely done. However, a comparison between this course and the Hamilton Golf & CC would be somewhat of a stretch. The most obvious thing this course lacks are the visual dynamics which are immediately obvious when viewing the actual course. Your course has more the feel of a midwestern public golf course rather than a very demanding tour course. Another thing that I don't sense when playing this course is the imposing panorama and lushness that is in abundantly evident throughout the actual course. Kudos for your efforts, but I think even the most experienced designers here would have great difficulty in creating a true and believeable facsimile of this particular course. In a recreation of this course, the first step should be to create a pano that would properly compliment Hamilton Golf & CC.
