Great links course recreated by Hyno ! If you can avoid all the well-placed bunkers (and I am not talking about that massive mound on the 4h hole, "staring" at you...) and the very high rough, you can do well in St George's. But one thing you will not be able to avoid is the ocean view (very nice) and the... three nuclear plants (7th and 9th holes in particular), a first for me since I have been "golfing" all around the world ! Congratulations Hyno... from the "French guy" as you called me (LOL) !

Seems to me that this would be a difficult course to turn into a puter course but Hyno has made a very good fist of it. Pano was especially good. Very enjoyable. Well done.

Truly great links course. The unusual way that links courses can turn a good shot into a damn awful one was recreated well on this course. The views made me feel like I was there. Even the cooling towers in the distance gave it a truly real feel. Well done and thanks.

Hyno,
Very nice work. Excellent detail work on all the mounding (you definitely captured the brutality of this course with all the elevation changes, hills, dips, bunkers, and unusual bounces that can result). Really enjoyed the tee shot on the 4th - with that massive bunker just staring at you...
And the blending with the pano (and what a pano it is!) is simply fantastic...
Well done, Larry

If any one has problems with crashes on this course or Carolina Starling, please go in to the forums. In the general section, look for Royal St. Georges (Problems) and download the confidence folder use this file to replace your current folder. The course should than run smooth for the majority of you.

Really don’t have a clue what you are asking. To install these courses it is pretty easy. If the player should encounter any issues, please make sure to follow the directions posted at the course source for TW08 adjustments and settings. Make sure you have the confidence folder set up correct in the player file, if you don’t, on this course it will cause problems. The course works fine. On lower end systems it is up to the player to find the best possible settings to run the course. If you can’t well there is nothing that can be done. I have never build these courses for lower end systems. Currently, the pano has been downloaded 283 times, my texture lib 322 and the course 481 which make no sense cause you can’t play the course with out the pano or the textures.

This is truly a beautiful design Hyno. On this course the ocean looks absolutely great. I downloaded your Starling course first and did not care for the way the ocean rendered. Now that I have played this course it is a real shame that you could not have used this ocean pano on the Starling course. Excellent work on this course however.

Hi Hyno, Thanks for all your work on this course, I have played this course (Badly I may add) in real life and it is a beauty.
I am having a sligth issue that the new installer does not seem to recognize the RSG pano file. I have tried deleting it and re-installing without success. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for all your work on this and the many other fine courses you have produced for the TW Community. Cheers
