This remake of the TW07 course, already designed by Barrylb37, is not only pretty to look at, it is also quite challenging, with a lot of undulating fairways, (very) wide bunkers, plenty of water hazards and some tricky greens, with little slopes or undulations. The first two holes are beautiful, starting with the gorgeous opening par-4, with a tee shot over a few wide bunkers landing short of an elongated lake, midway, winding its way across (and ending to the left of the green, slightly to the right), and over which you will have to hit your approach, and the par-3 2nd, with its slightly-elevated green, halfway surrounded by a nice small wooded wall and quite a few bunkers below. Then, after the short left dogleg par-4 3rd hole, where you will have to hit your tee shot to the right to avoid a lone tree, midway (in the middle) and a big elongated bunker (in the corner), before aiming your approach to the green, guarded by another big elongated bunker (in front, on the left), you will move on to the pretty right dogleg par-5 4th, with an undulating fairway and a blind and very tough second shot over trees, bunkers and a small pond in front of the slightly-elevated green, quite hard to reach. Another nice hole is the downhill par-3 6th, with a narrow tree-lined fairway and plenty of small bunkers to fly over to reach the green, next to a lake (on the right), but the right dogleg par-4 7th is even prettier, with a tee shot flying twice over the lake (mostly on the left) and landing onto an undulating fairway, and a blind approach over trees and bunkers downward to the green. On the back 9, scoring an eagle will be tough on the pretty right dogleg par-5 10th hole, with a tee shot over wide bunkers, an uphill second shot over a small pond, across the fairway falling short of the elevated green, with a couple of bunkers in front. But the signature hole on this course has to be the gorgeous par-3 11th, with a tee shot over a lake winding its way in front, around, and past its island and sloped green, with two cute small bridges on the sides... You will then move on to the nice left dogleg par-4 12th hole, with a downhill tee shot landing short of the river, crossing the fairway (and with two elongated bunkers framing the slightly-elevated green), before admiring later on the nice panoramic view as you tee off on the straight par-4 14th, with a downhill tee shot over some bunkers (and a few more elongated ones beyond on the left) and an elevated green. Last, but not least, you will sweat on the last two holes, with the beautiful par-3 17th, with an uphill tee shot over wide bunkers to reach the green, and the very scenic and quite challenging left dogleg par-5 18th, with a blind and uphill tee shot and a long and "scary" second shot over bunkers and water branching out, left and right, in front of the green, definitely one of the toughest finishing holes you will ever face ! With its nice plantings, elevation changes and tough water hazards, this TPC of Pine Island 08 will test you all the way until the end, but if you can do well on those long par-5 holes, you should finish below par on this course that is anything but... below par !

Played on LAN, very dry/gusty/heavy/diff, no crashes or graphic probs.
This is perhaps the most beautiful, playable and toughest course Ive seen.
Very good FPS. Playable on gusty and vdry, but this course could probably play tough on breezy and dry.

Barry, I think youre past the learning stage. All your courses are world class. Thanks again for another beauty. By the way, I install the courses manually too.

Sorry everyone, I dont use CLsetup, do it manually, so I didnt know the file had to be named a certain way.
Ive only been doing this 5-6 years, still learning.

Edit to above: The logo has a custom name (not logo.dds) therefore, CLSetup will not recognize and install the logo. Either change the name to logo.dds or use the modified course utilities app to install.
