Another very nice little course from Axe360, quite challenging with a lot of mounds (some of them quite high), plenty of water hazards, undulated and/or slanted fairways, well-placed bunkers and a few tricky greens with a hilly panorama all around.
The left dogleg par-4 1st hole will test you right away with a twisted fairway and two big bunkers on both sides midway through, not to mention a small pond on the left, not far from the green, with a few trees in the way, depending on where your tee shot will land...
The dogleg par-4 2nd hole is very short (about 240 yards !) but, with a very high hill in the left corner, you cannot reach the green, partially surrounded by water on the right and behind.
On the short par-4 4th hole (about 350 yards long), you will have to hit a very precise tee shot over a lake and the very narrow portions of the fairways to avoid getting wet, unlike on the left dogleg par-5 5th, where you will have to hit a blind tee shot over a big mound on the left side near the tee area, before trying to reach with your approach shot, the narrow green, with 4 little bunkers around.
If the right dogleg par-4 6th hole, with a little pond on the right midway through and a big mound on the left side of the undulated fairway is nice, one of my favorite holes is the very cute little par-3 7th, with a downhill green at the bottom of a small mound all around...
The par-5 8th hole is also worth mentioning with high rough and a couple of small trees in the middle of the fairway, and a small pond to the right side (near the green), and is followed by the scenic par-4 9th, with a nice panoramic view from the tee area, with a small lake on the left, nice meandering paths in the middle, and a big hill on the right of the downhill fairway.
The back 9 starts with the right dogleg par-4 10th hole, with a big hill in the corner on the right and two small dirt mounds behind on both sides of the fairway, and continues with another one of my favorite holes, the downhill par-5 11th, with a little pond on the right, a very deep elongated bunker further to the left, and a small one to the right, midway through, and another pond further to the right, near the green : tough and nice !
Another interesting hole is the par-4 13th, where you will have to hit a short tee shot to avoid landing in the elongated lake (with high rough in front) before trying to reach the green, slightly to the right.
The downhill right dogleg par-4 14th hole is not too difficult, but it is quite scenic (once you hit the "find flag" option) as the fairway is at the bottom of a small plateau on the right side, whereas the right dogleg par-4 15th has a tough approach shot to the green with a small pond and a couple of small trees right in front of the green.
Finally, after the par-3 17th hole and its small pond in front of the green, you will reach the par-5 18th, with a few bunkers on both sides of the fairway giving it a narrow look, and where you should have one last chance to putt for an eagle...
With its hilly landscape, nice plantings and quite a few scenic holes, Axe360 designed another keeper which plays very smoothly and is quite enjoyable !

Axe man , late to the table here but I ate my fill once I sunk my teeth into it. Outstanding, loved everything about it. Course had an undeniable 'real feel' that always tickles my fancy.
