Right pano or not, that is the question ! After playing this course with a skyline panorama, now I just finnished playing it with a very nice desert look... but, no matter what the background looks like, this course runs very smoothly and is not too complicated (but then again, I am playing in novice mode but with pro tees & difficult pin placement settings !). A definite keeper for me with quite a few nice holes (par-3 2nd and 17th), par-4 9th and par-5 14th) to enjoy.

Expert on very dry & first 8 holes most enjoyable. Then even our advanced played experienced multiple 30 foot roll backs on the greens. Only a lucky putt at expert level past the 8th hole resulted in anything less than a 10.

Obviously players on expert are not considered by some designers as this course from the ninth hole onwards the greens were an absolute joke on very dry with the rollbacks.

Ron, I do appreciate your effort in changing the pano for this course. Yes the Sedona Pano is definitely a better pano than the Singapore one. However, although it is a desert pano, if you are trying to achieve the proper look for the Palm Desert area, this pano in my opinion is not really suited for the course. I know there were not too many desert panos created in either 07 or 08 that would really be suitable. I dont know wether you can apply an 06 pano to this course without running into some difficulties such as pano seams.
