Great design and course. The layout perked my curiosity whilst playing and so I checked it out after.. and no surprise to find it's a Pete Dye creation - his stamp is all over it. Many great holes - maybe 7, 11 and 12 my faves. The design is gorgeous and natural, and plays beautifully throughout. Perhaps the bird sounds could've used a little variety - one particular chatty character followed me around the course and it became a little grating. But my only real bug-bear with the course came on 16 - playing difficult setting, that green and pin placement was ridiculously tough. I was actually happy to get out with a double after 4-putting - it easily could've been worse. A shame, as otherwise the course is basically 5-stars.. but oh man that green! Excellent work though, still a gem of a design, cheers!

Snow-capped mountains in the background : are we really near Minneapolis ?
Other than that, the course plays very nicely and "jumps" back and forth over a little creek. Quite a few nice holes but I particularly like the stretch of the 14th, 15th and 16th holes where the fairways are very narrow. Fun course to play...

I must admit that bird sound is really trying! Otherwise, it's a nice course but unfortunately a bit laggy with my rig.

Nice job on the course, but Indianapolis is nowhere near any snow-covered mountains and the bird sounds are really anoying. They play way too often. Especially the gull.

I loved the course, but just one thing, and I could be wrong, but I dont think any mountains are visible from anywhere in Indianapolis. Other than the mountains in the pano, its a great course.
