With small mountains and the ocean as a panorama, this par 71 offers some pretty holes, especially along the coastline and is quite challenging, at times, with tough approaches to the greens, located either above small cliffs or surrounded by plenty of bunkers. On the front 9, I like the par-3 2nd hole, with a small lake in front of the green, the left dogleg par-5 4th, with a small windmill (!) next to the ocean and its slightly-downhill green, above the ocean (hard to reach on your second shot), and the right dogleg par-4 5th hole, quite pretty with its fairway hugging the ocean on the right and a green near and above the ocean. Coming back, you will face a few wide sandy areas, after the right dogleg par-4 11th hole, and its tricky downhill second shot to reach the green, guarded by a small L-shaped pond (in front and to the left), starting with the two left dogleg par-4 holes, the 12th, with a tee shot over a wide and shallow sand trap across the fairway and a second shot over another one across (not far from the elevated green), and the 13th, with another tee shot over a sandy area across the fairway, and more bunkers on both sides of the fairway, midway. You will then move on to the more scenic holes on this course, with the gorgeous par-3 14th, with its downhill green above the ocean, surrounded by five bunkers, the pretty right dogleg par-4 15th, along the ocean, and the beautiful and challenging par-3 16th, with a tee shot over part of the ocean and its green, surrounded by four bunkers. As for the last two holes, I prefer the right dogleg par-4 17th, with a tee shot over a few small rocks in the ocean and a green, partially hidden by two trees, two-thirds of the way. With its nice plantings and small fences, this Ocean Manor at Pebble Beach looks quite realistic and, even though it was released in October 2007, it still is quite enjoyable, especially the prettier and tougher back 9, thanks to Hyno Designs !

Another good design by Hyno. The course is well made. Just a problem, I crashed on the last hole!

Hello mr.Hyno, Although the ocean looks a bit unnatural now and then, I would like to give it 4 stars, but I can't.. (no rating possibility) Thank you for everything....

For 08 courses, I am not doing any support or troubleshooting issues. Plain and simple it up to the player to find the correct game settings. You have to set them manually, and find out what works for you. During testing and re-building this course, it never crashed once. I have the shader level on low, trees set to medium. If you experience problems or issues I am sorry, try to adjust some of the settings or just move on to the next course. If I release another course, Ill put in the course folder a copy of the settings that were used.

Played it twice after downloading today, got booted out of the game both times. Looks nice though.
