Yuo know what that is really wierd!!! I played that same 8th hole on practice mode and the pin is not in that postion!! it is farther to the left now and well away from the slope and very playable! you can even fire right at it from the teee if you want as long as you stay left its just okay! OK I will go back over it and play this course all thru on different pin settings and see what the 8th throws up. I will be back with my findings.
PS : you can play the wife but you must always lose!! LOL!

Yes its okay for the hole to be at the back or edge its the slope that does it, I would say that it is impossible to bogie it! as if you misse the putt or overshoot the putt from the left hand side of the green it will rolll down the back and after that you will never hole it, I was playing it on a custom game and the AI player holed it for a par but he still had to putt downhill to it. I hit the green from the tee, but it drifted to the right of the pin and rolled down the hill, that was it for me! lol!

Also maybe if I use the difficult pin setting it might be easier to play! Ill try it later today. Course is very nice.

diligentdave, totally agree with you on the hole, unforunately the hole placement is on a very big slope misss your putt and there is no way back. So sorry should have made it more clear, the pin placement is idiotic, thats on easy, did not try it on any other placement but the bog standard pin is unplayable, BUT the course is nive!! I did not critisize the course.
