The term fantasy with regard to courses conjures images of extreme elevation changes, jungle canopy, or tricked-up elements. None of that holds true here. This course is an extremely well-designed gem that looks a lot like the courses most of us play on a weekly basis, with many homes around the edge of the course ( reflecting the economic reality of real estate, today).
The greens verge on unnplayable on v dry, but theyre not. The only suggestion I might make is to thicken the rough around the green..... or bring your a sand game

Absolutely FANTASTIC course Ganesh, you are to be complimented.A few stinger greens to catch you out with the pin situ, but a very fair course to play. This 1 will be added to the tourney list for club for sure. Very Very Mice Work

Enjoyed this one a lot, ganesh ... tried it on very dry and gusty and found a nice challenge. Those bunkers are deceptively deep ... loved how the shared fairways opened up a lot of choices in the side wind. Very creative layout with the race track theme. A couple of small suggestions: you should have a custom flag for this course ... some of those greenside bunkers should maybe be moved out a little because the smoothing made a number of greens crowned, so I putted off the green into the bunker ... but then again, maybe I just stink at putting ... Minor quibbles, though ... overall, enjoyed it a lot. Nice work.
