I finally got a chance to play this course on expert level with very dry conditions and breezy and it played extremely fair with those condtions. What a wonderful design Roger. Very very nice elevation work throughout the course with scenic views everywhere. And speaking of the 16th hole...I had my first double eagle in some time...I love the way the ball funnels to the pin on that one. : ) Im certain Ill be playing this one again and it surely deserves to be a ladder course. Excellent job, two thumbs up for this one.

Thanks for all the kind words, folks. This one was a challenge ... a fun challenge ... to design. I couldnt get the elevation data to work in Terrain Assist, so I did all the elevation work by hand. Armed with the high reso imagery available on Google Earth and the numerous pictures on the Kingwood website, I hunkered down for the last 6 weeks. Some liberties were taken for playability ... exaggerating some elevations on 16 (which would otherwise be an easy eagle) and lengthening 3 slightly to bring that fairway bunker more into play, but otherwise very true to the course as shown on Google Earth. The waterfall literally took hours of tinkering til I got it right, but man am I happy with it. I also really like the stream with the stone wall on 18. Thanks for the encouragement.
Stay tuned for TPC Boston, which I should have out in August just before the Deutsche Bank Championship. Thanks again ... Homeboy.

One of the best if not the best real course designs ever made for Tiger Woods. The meticulous attend to detail is amazing. This course should come with the game it is so well done. #14, the signature hole is perfect and the water fall in the game is a great touch! The bunkers on #3 are so wicked.. I could go on and on..just go get it! Great job, Roger!
