Look in the forums in the Tutorial/FAQ area. There is a tutorial on how to create a splash screen along with a template you can use to start.

Amazing there are no comments as this is one sweet course. Plays very smooth. Looks awesome. The only cons I see are a few of the tee boxes could be leveled up as this makes a huge difference for adv and expert play. 2 of the greens are a bit much for pitch, however, they played fair at adv with dry settings. All in all Id say well done my friend, this is a keeper for me.
