i downloaded vol1 it only had 9 holes how many in vol 3 ? is this now a 18 hole course

The difficulty of the course is awesome and didnt notice a problem with 17th Fairway on v2. This is well worth the download. Hole 4(I think) with all the water is one heck of a hole!

The splash screen says V2, but this is actually V3 since this is the THIRD version of this course that has been uploaded to this site in the past week. My recommendation to the architect would be to take the time to make sure all of the pieces of your course are the way you want them prior to uploading the first time. Having users download the course 3 times in one week is just not a good thing to do, especially when you dont indicate in your comments what has been updated.
