I just now played this course. Before I had played it, I had never heard of this golf course before.
A very, very long golf course, scenic, with very winding fairways amidst pines and acres of pine needles which line the outer fringes of the fairways. Excellent course rendition. The course itself, didn't prove too unchallenging are too unfair to play, though it sure isn't easy either.

thanks for all the kind words. I had a message that my link below to the photos of the actual course didnt work ... the t and the i of /the%20international should be capitalized. Then you can see the shot across the valley on the 7th hole and the big pine in the middle of the fairway on 6.
fyi ... working on a new fantasy course cut out of mountainous/rugged terrain. stay tuned ....

Hope you enjoy the course its about 45 minutes away from me. Ive never played it, but I walked the course a few weeks ago and took over 150 pictures. Ive posted a handful of the pictures if youre interested (sorry about a little snow cover!) http://s34.photobucket.com/albums/d139/holmesr/The%20International/ Also, you can check out the official course website at www.theinternational.com The course is actually a par 73 the 5th hole is a par 6 but I converted it to a par 5 for the game. The green on the 5th hole was once listed as the Worlds Largest at 33,000 square feet its a giant three-tiered green. Another interesting fact: the Tiger Tees got their name before Tiger Woods was born in 1975! I used cjbs Terrain Assist to make the design (which is an amazing program, BTW), so the elevations are very accurate. You shouldnt need to play around with the conditions too much to make this challenging. Enjoy.
