I got the yellow sky to start off with - but your fix works perfectly. No yellow sky now - and im off to play it now!! Looks simply great!
For anyone still confused about the fix, the Sebastian config file is in the folder where you extracted the Sebastian zip files to. Its probably the smallest file in the folder. Simply copy the config file, and then paste it to the TW2006 main folder. It does work!

This is nearly the best if not the best course I have played in TW2006! Uphill-downhill-sidehill fairway slopes - tight landing areas - difficult approach shots - undulating greens - high grass - incredible-looking bunkers - this course has it all! And the difficulty of it keeps the pressure on you throughout the 18 holes. Even with conditions set at Normal/Calm/Easy pins, par is a good score. Nothing flat and easy. No forced or tricked-up shots required. Closest course to this one in difficulty is Whistling Straits, but to me this one looks even better. I cant think of any other course in TW04-05-06 that I enjoyed playing this much. Many thanks to the developer.

Great course and one of the best I have played in along time. For those of you who have yellow sky and do not understand how to fix this.Go to your folder where you extacted all the zip files, look for folder called Sabastian2006 and copy the file called Sabastian configuration settings 2kb. Just paste this straight into your Tiger woods 2006 folder.Note not your course folder. Hope this helps those of you who have been having problems.Once again a perfect course and please keep up the good work.

Have you looked in the ZIP file you downloaded for the file named Sabastian.ini and extracted it to where you installed the course to? As Hyno has clearly mentioned, this file needs to be extracted to where you install your course in order for the sky to appear properly.

Interesting. Loaded libraries including the 2005 libs. Start the game and get message Course is not installed. Missing a lib. But no clue as to which lib. Removed and reloaded twice. Same thing. Any clues?

The ini file is in the zip archive you downloaded. It is named Sabastian.ini. Just make sure the ini is in the same folder as the course TCR file.
