Another fine course that runs very well using TW 08. I played it usual advanced , dry, breezy , difficult pins and the course holds up very well . many thanks for sharing.

This course plays smoothly but offers no real challenge with almost all the holes straight forward.
As for the hills, I am still looking for them, except for a couple of holes.
Sorry, but I'll pass on this one.
P.S. Course played in novice mode, calm winds, pro tees & difficult pin placements settings.

I havent had any ctds ...but I think the cls could cause it because I didnt put any galleries in...try turning galleries of in your options

An otherwise lovely rendering, with the exception being the clubhouse thus the fictional name. Perhaps a revised version with clubhouse could be released as Oakland Hills 06, once the clubhouse is to the designers satisfaction. The main reason for writing this was the 2 crashes to desktop on the 7th green during online play. (I hereby apologize to the opponents.) There are no problems with the back 9 however, and that makes this a worthy download for those folks who enjoy variety beyond stock and CA real courses.

It is an 06 course because it uses 06 stock libraries...period! An arch can use older libraries if they choose and those libraries are listed. Our site does NOT list the stock libraries used for the base game. So if you have found courses that do not list all of the libraries needed, look at what the base game is. If it is a TW2004 course, the 2004 stock libraries needed will NOT be listed. If you choose to play that course in 05 or 06, it is YOUR responsibility to know that you need the older stock libraries installed to play it. We have stated that many times. We are not going to go back and list every single stock library for an older course. The procedure we use is one we have used for years and it is the procedure we will continue to use.
