Jabb, on the destination side of the course utility, instead of putting the file in the course architect folder, put it in the Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 2005 folder, which is the default folder when you first open the course utility. Give this a try, it should work.

I Checked with WRS Golf, And was informed that all the libraries needed for this course was up and availabe as listed. As for why you are not able to install Pebble I do not have an answer, Sorry.
