It looks like you used the old beta Desktop uploader to upload your course. Many architects were having trouble uploading their courses with that uploader, so it has been replaced with a web uploader. The web uploader is like any other regular uploader where you zip everything up prior to uploading. Since you used the older program, more than likely either you didnt select the flag and splash screen to be included in your zip file or there was a problem during the upload and they didnt get zipped properly (that is why that version of the uploader has been discontinued). If you want to email the files to help@coursedownloads.com I can manually add the files to the zip. I would HIGHLY recommend that you uninstall the old Desktop uploader and begin using the web uploader which can be accessed via the Course Manager.
