Funny to see new comments 5 yrs later?...but my computer from 2002 and its graphics card render even tiger woods 2005 unplayable. I have to say it's my new favorite! Firstly these incredibly fast greens, then the beautiful scenery; I've played almost all the 2004 real courses and some of the fantasy, about 45 downloaded in total for me, but this requires a completely different putting speed calculation, nearly 20% less power just putting with no slope and a very fast green condition (About 4 dots instead of 5 at 50'(3-click method)). Challenging...and I've looked forever for truly fast greens and have finally found them for 04'. A+ design and challenge. Super job!!
I really wished I could somehow edit say Augusta(or all courses for that matter) and put these green speeds in...I wished I knew how to open the tcl or tcr or whatever file controls those green speeds. Being able to choose dry or very dry isn't good enough. Wished architect (CA) would open it.

sorry to hear you keep crashing... bummer! maybe try lowering your resolution I had problems when it was the 1024x768 instead of the 800x600 my card seems to like much better. lowered it and no more problems not sure if it might help you maybe your refresh rate is to high... have you tried a video card tweak like if you have geforce they have some awesome tweakers that can help speed up things too by turning some opengl and dx settings up/down

no crashes but I HAVE EYE CANDY TURNED DOWN... you must turn to manual settings and turn some stuff off that almost always without a doubt fixes the problem tree at a distance cannot be on med or high must be on low andsometimes turning off the crows helps too and making the grass less.

Very Nice made Farways and Greens and play is grest.I can ajust the wind drift correctly for a change. Only flaw I found ( Just eye candy only ) was when I look at the back of the Lake where the mountains comes in contact with both sides of the lake there is a Virtical line of darker green texture on both sides of the head water area. I first Notice it on the second round of play when I looked out toward the lake and seen the darker colors of green. This is Nothing serious but it bugs me a little :).Great Job on the game play part that is my most inportant part of a game. My game play is very bad But I use to be a good player, but Things can change your your game very quickly. keep up the good work. BTW thx,s for the fun I get from playing your coures. PS Did anyone else notice what I seen and describe, because I checked it on two computers with diif cards and it was present on both ??.
