Eureka! The PROBLEM causing Crashing is that you MUST Download and Install the GAME 1.1 Patch! The course was created with TW2004 v1.1 and requires the Game patch. Confirmed crashing, then FIX with 2 buddies...

You MUST Disable CTHelper.exe - A Utility program for Creative Labs sound cards. Players have Stopped crashing AFTER Disabling CTHELPER. Try it. Also read it may use 100% CPU.

Well i played this course online and it ran flawsless,
this is your best designed course for my taste.

if your having problems and your already on manual settings in game try lowing your resolution... I always had it the same as my desktop, had a few problems... found it only works flawlessly on 800x600, since then ive had NO problems on DL courses... so maybe try lowing that in game :o)

Never had an Issue? Use hi-resolution x768+) so close objects points dont overlap. Use CLSetup install utility from TWC site, be sure no warnings and all 6 extra libraries are installed. Always have latest Graphics and AGP chipset drivers, use Rage3d Graphics Tweaker utility to adjust settings. Do FULL TW2004 Installation during install not Partial.
