Very nice course, Micko ~ WE played it tonight here: http://www.myleague.com/tigerwoodspc/
You have to pay attention on the Greens and watch your Tee shots ~ Nice job...! Looks great too...!!
Munroco, if your building a course - who is it for and where's it going? ~ It is a pretty Church!
Enjoy your rounds, guys...

Great Pics, course looks really good. I don't actually play TW08, (I'm really bad at the game) so I can't tell how good it is in that regard. If it plays as good as it looks it will be a treat I'm sure. What lib (s) did you use for the buildings, the church in particular? My upcoming course has a church, but doesn't look as good as that one.

Surrounded by nice woods, this par 72 is quite eye-pleasing and challenging, especially on the front 9, with plenty of beautiful holes with well-placed water hazards and bunkers, but you should be able to finish below par as all par-5 holes can be reached in two shots for potential eagle opportunities.
Right off the bat, you will have to bring your “A” game, with the nice dogleg right par-5 1st hole, along a lake, ending midway (on the left), and requiring a long approach to a slightly-elevated green, before moving, later on, to the tricky dogleg right par-4 3rd, with a blind tee shot flying past trees (on the right) blocking the view of the fairway, quite narrow further back, midway, and with an elongated bunker (on the left) and an elongated lake (on the right), ending in front of the green.
Then, after a couple of easier holes, the last four are very pretty, starting with the par-3 6th, with a tee shot over a big lake (with a tiny island in the middle) offering you and a nice panoramic view as you reach the green, and continuing with the nice dogleg right par-4 7th, uphill all the way and with a blind approach to the green (with nice brick houses and a church behind).
The par-5 8th hole is quite scenic, with a tee shot landing between a small bunker (on the left) and a big lake (on the right), flowing out across and ending next to the green (on the left), tough to reach on your second shot over the water, and is followed by the pretty and wide open par-4 9th, downhill all the way and with a tee shot landing near an elongated lake (on the left), and with a risky approach over the water to reach the small peninsula green.
As you start coming back, you will face three dogleg holes with elevation changes (par-5 10th, to the left, with a downhill tee shot and a long uphill approach to an elevated green, partially hidden by trees, par-4 11th, to the right, with an uphill tee shot landing onto a plateau and a downhill second shot toward the green, and par-4 12th, to the left, with a rollercoaster fairway, a big bunker, midway in the inner corner, and a green, partially hidden by trees, on the right).
Water is again present on the par-3 13th hole, with a tee shot over a small elongated lake, with nice colorful flowers and bushes behind, and the pretty par-4 14th, with a tee shot landing near a small elongated lake (on the left) and a tricky approach over another small one, further back, in front of the green (and with a nice clubhouse and parking lot behind).
Then, after the par-3 15th hole, with the clubhouse (on the far right), and the dogleg left par-4 16th, with a blind approach over trees (on the left) and with a small serpentine creek, further back (in front the green), you will walk over to the dogleg right par-4 17th, uphill all the way and with an undulating green, guarded by a deep bunker in front (on the right).
But the best hole is for last, with the superb risk/reward dogleg right par-5 18th, downhill all the way, and with a long second shot toward the (almost) island green, with another big lake (behind).
Overall, with its nice plantings and beautiful homes on the hilltop, this Haywood’s Cross course is very well designed, once again by Micko, and you should definitely enjoy your round, without... crossing your fingers, if you are patient enough before hitting some of your shots !
