Found this freeware program that is very powerful considering the cost, nothing..LOL

I've been looking for quite some time for a decent program that regular members could use for doing some of the basic add-ons to the game or their designs.

I just thought it might be nice if some of those that couldn't do their own ... because they never had the software to do so, had the opportunity to do some of the game add-on's.

I've also found the DDS plug-in made by Dean Ashton for this program. I've added both the link and plug-in to the utilities downloads section here so it will be available to all members. (Its included with the Paint.NET download above)

The DDS file format is one of the common image types used in the TW game ... if you extract the zip directly to the Program files / Paint.net / File Format (folder) it may be extracted to it's own folder in there and thus not work.

Make sure to unzip 1st, and then copy and paste the 3 plug-in files only to the file format folder.
