Hi Raylloyd7,
Even though I thought about it too, I never took the time to try to find out how to install those new flags/logos, designed by rubencubo, for all the old CGX courses released lately (and upcoming ones too).
So, intrigued by your question, I looked on the forum and found this links (dating back from... 2004 !), which might help you :

Check out JSJarvis'' answer explaining where you should insert them.
Now, here is what you need to do :
1. Click on "Utilities" (above the login icon)
2. Click on "Utilities and files for Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008"
3. Click on "New releases"
4. Click on "Flags-logos Abu Dhabi HSBC Champion (for example) and download the file on your desktop
5. Once your compressed file is available, double-clik to open it
6. You will see a folder called "Abu Dhabi HSBC Champions..." : double-click to open it and you will see 21 files in that folder.
7. Just open the "readMe" file and you will see the instructions below on how to install your new flags and/or logos
To use a flag:
1. Go to course folder (usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\NAME_OF_THE_COURSE_FOLDER )
2. (OPTIONAL/RECOMMENDED) Backup the original course flag file. Rename ''flag.dds'' as ''flag.dds.bak''
3. Extract/Copy the flag file in the course folder
4. Rename the extracted flag file as flag.dds
To use a tournament logo:
1. Go to course folder (usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\Courses\NAME_OF_THE_COURSE_FOLDER )
2. (OPTIONAL/RECOMMENDED) Backup the original course logo file. Rename ''logo.dds'' as ''logo.dds.bak''
3. Extract/Copy the tournament logo file in the course folder
4. Rename the extracted tournament logo file as logo.dds
ENJOY (and "see" you on the golf course) !
