Everyone,

Have you tried with another browser? Have you tried clearing out your history and cookies? I know the site was down over the weekend doing some maintenance, so it may be that your browser is pulling an old page.

as jeff originally said - this was a short term issue,cleared up in a few hrs after the maintenance finished

sounds like you may have a stuck cookie - try clearing your browser cookies

and there should be a support link even on an error page to contact us directly

Ive been getting a 503 error all day today, CGX site temp unavaible,is it just me? 503 means the servers down doesnt it?

PC,

You've been getting the message for the day; I've been getting the same message for the entire week!

Here's what I've discovered so far in my case. No matter what computer I try; no matter what browser I use; no matter how many times I delete browser history, temporary files, and cookies, I keep getting the same message: Error 503 - service temporarily unavailable.

I tried the site on the Starbucks wireless system and was able to connect with the CGX Tour. So, I figured I might have a problem with my wireless service. I called tech support for my wireless system, and discovered I could connect to CGX Tour by bypassing my router and connecting the computer directly to the wireless modem. The technician said they would have to get back to me within 72 hours.

I noticed, by the way, that when I logged in, I went straight to the page where I was when the message first appeared.

Hi Brucman, thanks for responding, Id like to know iff other CGX members are having problems today as I can access all the other sites I frequent without any problems and looking on the web for what causes 503 issues is just confusing & perplexing me.

This is all I get when trying to login to the site:

Error 503 : Service Temporarily Unavailable.The rest of the screen is white! No contact address.

Also tried the various fixes,clean cookies,different browsers & different computer without success.

Ah okay Mike, I guess they are doing updates or something then, at least I know Im not alone C:

PS Mike: I finally found Genzon GC on Google Earth and some reasonably reasonable info too so Im going to attempt a build .Iff you dont hear from me within the week please contact International Rescue! :D

JBCalg: JB, iff you see this can you reset my WT round as I somehow accidendently kicked my power switch with my big toe while -1 on hole 4. I know I deserve the penalty for that one but I cant post a ticket! C:

I don't exactly understand why, but all of a sudden, I have access to CGX Tour again. I really would like to know what was going on, but, who cares if I have access to the site again.

security software installed a few weeks ago to stop some russian flood hackers was on auto update, and started adding members to the banned list so we had to manually go in and remove the ones added in error

hence my previous post about it being resolved

It looks CGX site is down for 4 days now.
