Hey here is the download from the official site, it's still up!-

BUT when I try to install it it says it's missing an installation of Tiger Woods 02 and can't continue. What is the work around for that if there is one?

Hiya, good news you found it.
Not sure this works, but this was posted in our forum:
Install the LC2006, then just copy the lc2002 exe file into where you installed 06 LC. Then run it from there. I would use the LC2006 to create textures though. Just use the LC02 to create objects the lighting properties are better in 02 for buildings. The grass and other texture properties in the 06 LC are much better.
