| I am not able to open TW Caddie, I get a window that tells me it has stopped working. I have uninstalled, deleted all the folders and reinstalled the Caddie. Same message. I have run a complete Virus scan using MS Security Essentials in Safe Mode. Still same message. I really don't want to do a complete reinstall if anyone can help me please.. ty.. ed |

Hiya ed
Weird, it should work when you uninstall and reinstall TWCaddie08.
Don t run the setup.exe from the zipfile, it will not work, you have to unzip or extract first.
When you downloaded the TWCaddie08 zipfile, first unzip or extract the zipfile, and dubble click: setup.exe
When it is still not working, reply to this message and i will send you some other help

| Pat, I'm running it from the Program Files/Course Down Loads/ TW Caddie folder. I'm leaning to some type of Trojan or Virus.. I am having more issues with programs that should auto-start and I am unable to reach them online.. so.. I have a hidden problem. thx pat |

Hi ed,
There is great program Malewarebytes, it can find and remove maleware that your antivirus can t find.
Not sure you can install it when you are having a virus on your system, but worth to try.
Warning: You can t use it as a stand alone scanner, it is not a virus scanner.
So you still have to keep your virus scanner on your system.

| Thanks Pat, I installed and ran the program, it found a lot of problems. Unfortunately, it did not help, I am still getting the same error. I am still looking at different virus's.. |

| Thanx Pat, it turned out to be a windows problem that I resolved by going to: http://www.tweaking.com/ and following their onscreen repairs. TWCaddie is running and I am able to update my software. ed |
