The old PGAX/CGX site is down due to Hurricane Sandy. Jim has moved the site over to a new server. The site can now be reached at http://www.cgxtour.com. Please update your bookmarks. I will be updating our link on the site later this evening.

Does anyone know what is up with the CGX site? Every time I try to register it sends an error message to my browser:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method package_product::renewalTerms() in /home/cgxtour/public_html/forum/admin/applications/core/modules_public/global/register.php on line 267

This happens on multiple computers. I have tried to contact the support address via email, to no avail.

Can anyone help with this?

try again perhaps
a few people have had similar problems, yet others register fine

i tested it again this morning, and it works fine - with firewall, MS Essentials, Malabytes etc all on and active

browser, firewall, internet security, ad blocking (members do not see the ads)
could be any of those

also - did you try spectator or tour pro ?

I do have McAfee software on my computer, so I will try disabling as many settings as I can. I tried both spectator and pro with the same result.

Well, I have tried everything. I don't know what else I can do at this point. I think it must be a security glitch on the CGX site that you will have to resolve. In any event it looks like it is costing you memberships.

we looked into it further, and although most seem able to register/create a new account fine

it looks like a required site software security upgrade several weeks ago, also required an upgrade to a related file, hidden down a few levels

so it worked fine for most, not so fine for a few others

were working on that this morning, along with an upgrade to the entire registration/packages sub program

sorry about that - those darn code monkeys arent always real clear on handling related steps/requirements when they do a top level update

I tried to register at CGX (spectator mode) today using Firefox 39.0 and adblock edge enabled/disabled without success. The registration page just re-loaded the starting-page without getting any error messages.
Any ideas what went wrong?
