You will have to mount the other drives in VirtualBox for XP to see it, on the main page, you should have the option to mount various drives...
I will get a screenshot in the morning, when I have access to my system at home... |

| Well, I found a Windows 7 anytime upgrade from Home Premium to Professional for $85 so I ordered it. With that installed I will be able to install XP Mode. That should take care of the compiling issue. I probably can get Virtual Box to work, but it seems more work than it's worth. Thanks fedexfrt for the tip. |
