Hi Craig and Squirrely

Very reassuring to hear your comments about the expert level difficulties, as the last event once again dented my confidence and I probably must have posted the worst tour score in history on the Montreux course!

Craig, I have played your courses on PGA2000 and I thought that game was hard enough, but expert level makes PGA2000 suddenly not so bad! hehehe

I am really looking forward to your Aussie courses in TW and have played Royal Melbourne in links and GBC, so would great to play the course in this game!

I also look forward to the current course you are doing!

I am nervously awaiting the next event for PGAX, so I can be murdered by the Expert level again!

Cheers
Brian

Hey Brian,

Yeah, the expert play is a lot tougher than PGA2000. I still play that game now, as my dad enjoys that one. I don't mind it either, but the expert play is a tough one to master. I find I struggle alot witht eh putter, especially within 4-6ft.

I'm just getting photo's and info together now for Royal Melbourne, so I hope to start that one shortly, the The Vines.

This links styled one I will release shortly. Still finishing bits off. I released one called Sleepy Hollow a little while ago on here, which is a treed course. The links one is not a traditional looking links course, nut I am trying to have it looking more like some of the links styled courses that are popping up everywhere here in Australia at the moment. I think these ones that I am doing are better than my PGA ones, as they were a few years ago now.

Gotta go and download the new one over at PGAX and seee how I go on that one. Could be some very high scores for me after watching the coverage on the tv. I think it gets easier!

Regards

Gova,
Don't worry my friend. It just takes time to get it all down, and I'm not even sure if I ever get where I can shot below par, but it's fun trying. Expert sure is very unforgiving with the slightness mistake, but I really enjoy this because I feel like I'm out there playing real life golf pretty much. Shoot very close to what I did in RL right now when I used to be able to play 3-4 times a week, and I find this pretty darn cool. Expert isn't for everyone, but I'm all for different stroke for different folks in this world. Good luck, and hang in there. It does get better overtime and personally, I just set personally goals all the time, and try to make them if I can. Nothing to crazy or I'd get even more frustrated than I do at times. Putting takes the most time to get the touch right I think, but once you get it somewhat close, it's so cool to watch the ball do it's thing.
Very cool action it has.
Good luck

I hope to get to your last course this week, and a few others too. Been kinda crazy busy lately, and want to try some of these cool releases that come out on here all the time. Shoot, I still got a million older courses yet to play too. Was maybe trying to get into school this semester with rushing around talking to people, but decided it would be best to go back to school after Christmas when we aren't so rushed, things should settle down for us now, I hope. I want to do something that's in the field with computers because I love to do something like what's involved with CA somewhat. Graphic design, Game design, or making 3D building/landscapes for Architect firms or something down them lines.......

Hi to Craig and Squirrely,

I also look forward to a thrashing from Hazeltine! hehehe

I will hang in there, as it worth playing on these excellently PGAX designed courses, despite the punishment!

Craig-good luck with courses!

Squirrely-good luck with your school pursuits!

Cheers

Yeah, good luck with the schooling squirrely, and with what you get into after. Hope all works out well for you.

I should be releasing this course in a day or two. I'll post a couple more shots later today. I'm just doing the flag, logo and main screen shot. Had a little bit of free time to get some of it done. Not that there is a lot of free time with two kids running around. Wouldn't trade them for anything though. Also trying to get tournaments done as well, but this is now my little hobby, so it's good to do when you get some time to yourself.

I had ideas on doing another fantasy course, which I may still do, while I collect information for the real courses. Also just about to give the TA a go in the next week or so, which should be interesting. I'm looking forward to it, as it should be a challenge.
