I removed this screen and the game started up much faster. Ive since reinstalled the game but cant remember what I did to remove it. Any ideas?
This is for TW08 by the way.

Hi....
On desktop go to shortcut of TW08 game:
Right click the shortcut......choose properties and change target from:
C:\Program Files(x86)\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe
TO:
C:\Program Files(x86)\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe /NOINTRO
Note:
There is space between: .exe and /NOINTRO
The file path has to be enclosed in quotes and there has to be a space between the second quote mark and the /NOINTRO.

Make sure it looks like this:
C:\Program Files(x86)\EA SPORTS\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe /NOINTRO

Assuming I need this command for TW08 to start on my Win 10 laptop, is there any way for my TW08 to display the EAS.avi video in the Data->Videos folder?
Will my installation of TW08 be able to diplay the avi videos in the Videos->Event folder?
When and how will these show up when I play TW08?
Alternately, is there a way to modify the default avi videos so I will not need to use the /NOINTRO command? |

| I don't know how to answer this question. From my experience on Windows 7 and 10, when you play the EA Screen...i.e...not using the /NOINTRO option, you get a blank screen with only audio until it finishes playing the intro. I will do research on the Internet to look for a solution, but it seems like maybe there is a conflict with the Directx versions run my Windows 7 and 10 in that they don't play the video. |

had this working in win 10 Resent upgrade to win 11
win 11 disable my launcher so a new shortcut to start TW
I have tried every posable way and all i get is invalid path
none of these work
this one should work according to all comments

Hello,
Yes this should work: "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe /NOINTRO"
Of course this only works when your game is installed in this path ( C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08\bin\TW2008.exe )
Can you start the game when you remove the /NOINTRO ?
And can you start the game when you dubble click TW2008.exe in the bin folder ?
Another thing you can try:
-------------------------
Go to the bin folder, right click on the TW2008.exe icon....and choose: more options.....and in the list choose: Send to....and in the popup choose: Desktop ( make shortcut )
This will make new shortcut on your desktop, and there in the path add: /NOINTRO ( remember there is a space before / ) |

yup Did all that to...
install = default any default short cuts works fine just can not add anything to it the shortcut
I add "exe /NOINTRO" = invalid path |
