Hello Fellow Golfers,
Dave Bower here, hailing from Manitoba,Canada. I just broke into the TW scene last week, when I purchased a copy of TW 08 for the PC. I have to say I love it and have been playing it exclusively for over a week now.
Many thanks to all that have contributed to this wonderful site by creating courses for the rest of us and to the fine folks that developed the TW course caddie. :-) I look forward to seeing some of you on tour in the near future. |

| Hey --I'm mike from Fort Lauderdale Florida and I'd like to join the tour but I am a 2-clivk swinger and I don't see that option available when I try to join up. Am i missing something or you don't allow 2-clickers to play on your tour? |

Hi All,
I'm Mike davies, Been playing TW2004 since it was released, Just upgraded to 2007 i the last couple of weeks.
Spend a lot of hours on golf , never played on a real golf course but would like to give it a try some day, But it is so expensive to do.
Just joined PGAX but will nead to upgrade again to 2008 to play on that but will try it in a couple of weeks.

| Hello....only very recently bought Tiger Woods 08...mainly to get hold of the courses on line...after a few attempts have managed to download Augusta and play a few of the holes....so thank you...and a donation has been made. Super site......will I ever get any work done. |

Hello
I would call myself a golf gamer junkie. I started playing golf on the Commodore 64(;remember that one?). I also played(;and still have) Links 2001. Also have played World Golf from disc and recently online. Most recently I have been playing TW 09 on the Wii. Love it!! Waiting to get TW 10 w/MotionPlus, but until then I have been keeping busy playing TW 08 on the pc. Love all the downloadable courses available for this game.
Glad to be aboard and looking forward to more tournaments.

I am new to Tiger Woods Golf and I am playing with an old TW99. I know most of you are way beyond me, and having had the opportunity to play a 2007 version recently, I can't wait to be able to upgrade my computer and down load the 2010 version.
In the mean time I'll hack away at my old game and maybe we';; meet on the fairway sometime.

Kelly, welcome to the site and the TW series.............. the 2010 version of the game will be a browser-based game. A slight upgrade might be necessary, but you certainly won't need a hard core gaming machine to play the new version.

My name is Brian, I am a 40 year old dad from bethel ohio. A few days ago I was bored so i started searching thru some old games and found TWG 2004. So I loaded it up and when my 6 year old seen it she thought it was the cooliest game ever. That got me to thinking about makeing my own course. So I did just that started the first one and now about have way thru a 18 hole course which I call Bigfoot's Revenge(this name may change). My goal is to make enough courses that I can fill a cd full. For a gift to her someday.
As I was searching for ideas and the course architect stuff. I ran across this great site. I thought for sure no one was playing 2004 thru 2007 and sure enough here you all are.
I hope to get some help from ya as need be and I also wanted to share my work with other. Before I found this site I was just going to upload to a file share site and let ppl search me out. Now I guess I dont have tooo.

| I'm Tim. I play real golf with about a 12 handicap. I enjoy Tiger Woods Pga Tour...currently playing 08. I've downloaded a couple of courses, but I don't know how to play them in the game, except practice level. Could use some guidance. |

Offline you can play custom courses in: Practice mode... and in mode: custom game
Start TW08 and go to: game modes.....Custom game
It is not possible to play custom courses in PGA tour mode.
It is also possible to play custom courses Online (Easo )

Hello all, David Orr here, I am from Brossard, Quebec, Canada. I have be playing computer golf off and on since Links LS 98, I am now hooked again playing TW08 on my PC laptop with Windows 7. I use True Swing H , I am not great but I am getting my score down to around 80. I think this is a great site and when I get better I will maybe enter some tournaments.
A couple of questions,
I made a donation to have a larger download limit and to say thanks to all who have made this site available but my profile still says 50MB limit, when will it update or did I not donate enough.
I am wondering if anyone has any putting or chipping charts like the old Links LS, and if anyone has a TW08 PC instruction manual that could be emailed to me it would be greatly appreciated. |
