I am in the process of doing a complete reinstall. I have not had any installation problems as of yet. My issue is with ''Syncing my Libraries''. Here''s what I have been doing to try to accomplish this. It does not matter whether I use the ''Createmyzip'' feature or individual dl''s. I refresh the page, sync the libraries, refresh the page and the ''red x''s'' are still there. I have to manually sync each library. Any suggestions? ty all in advance.. ed I noticed a solution here: http://coursedownloads.net/forum/posts.asp?post=9246 It would seem.. I''ve been here before.. is this the same solution now? |

Hiya ed,
The problem in the link you added in previous post is solved long time ago, so that can t be the problem. I tried a few things:
1.I downloaded a few libraries seperate and it syncronized automatic after i refreshed the page, so no problem there. 2. I downloaded a few courses with the create myzip feature, and the libraries are not syncronized automatic. But when i did the sync Mylibraries tool in TWCaddie08, then they were syncronized perfect.
Not sure what the problem on your system is, but after you used the sync mylibraries tool in TWCaddie08 then you should receive the message:
Operation complete! Thank you!
when you receive that message the sync Mylibraries should be successfully.
Note: On win7 or Win8 or Vista you will have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator

For starters, my caddy shows no courses or libraries, totally blank. Further, I have just tried to install a course, and get a message saying the path to that file on C is denied. Any suggestions? |

Hiya Celtic,
when you are using Win7 or Win8 or Vista then you will have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator. ( On desktop right click TWCaddie08 icon and choose: Properties......Compatibility....and on bottom check box: Run as administrator And hit: Apply ) Also be sure to use the correct version of TWCaddie08 ( 32bit or 64bit version ). Just follow the steps below:
To install TW08 custom courses you need automatic installer TWCaddie08. When you are using automatic installer TWCaddie08, be sure to use the right version (32bit or 64bit version), and on Win7 or Win8 or Vista you will have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator. Just follow the instructions below:
Below is some TWCaddie08 help, when you are using Win7 or Win8 or Vista. Instructions are for Win7, but same for Win8 or Vista.
First you have to know you have win7 32..... or win7 64 installed on your PC. Below is link how you can find that info about win7:
http://windows7themes.net/what-windows-version-do-i-have-32-or-64.html
(or on desktop go to: Start....Control panel...system and security...and click: System )
When you found out go to TWCaddie08 download page on link below:
http://www.coursedownloads.com/extras/category.asp?id=1&gameid=11
( Or on top of Coursedownloads homepage go to section: Utilities.....Utilities and files for TW08....Course installation tools )
On that page you will see 2 download links:
when you have win7 32.... download this one: TW Caddie 08 v1.5
when you have win7 64... download this one:
TW Caddie 08 x64 Beta
When you donwloaded the TWCaddie08 zipfile to your PC, first you will have to unzip or extract the downloaded zipfile, and when unzipped dubble click: setup.exe
When you installed TWCaddie08 correct you will have TWCaddie08 icon on your desktop.
Important step: When you are using Win7 or Win8 or Vista, you have to run TWCaddie08 as administrator:
On desktop right click TWCaddie08 icon and choose: Properties......Compatibility....and on bottom check box: Run as administrator
And hit: Apply |

Hello, you probably have to enable and download an older net Framework. The older net framework is sometimes disabled, some help on link below.
How To Enable .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 in Windows 10 and 8.1:
