| Does anyone know how to remove the distance tracker, that shows up everytime you hit the ball, in the middle of the screen. |

Hi....
I dont have TW08 game here.....but try this:
The yardage counters are .dds files, you could delete them all (ie change folder name so game cant find them)
C:Program Files/EA SPORTS/Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08/Data/Images/Game/ScoreAndLieTexts.
Note: good idea to take backup of folder before you delete it.
(BTW: i found this info on: TW Online magazine )

TW 2001 not worth playing? In my humble opinions it was the best golf sim around in its day, although I bet there are a few that might disagree :) |

well mr obster, i am confused on how that would work but you are still apparently getting the other files in that same folder appearing because if you just changed some file names, yes i suppose that would work, but if you changed the folder name so tigerwoods game does not see it, then all of the files in that folder would not be seen i believe |
