Few things I have to say.
1. I am so disappointed with EA decision to not have course utilities. Absolutely rediculous. What posssible motive could they have?
2. I can remember tice as many people being on line at one time as we have now. 2002/3 you couldnt move for bodies and 99 aparantly had a ladder that went on for years and had hundreds of active members.
I am not sure of the numbers but the game doesnt seem that much more popular than it was then....so where are Ea going with this?
3. Hasnt anyone heard of reverse engineering? Bill Gates built an empire on it. Surely a few of the guys on here can get their heads together and do a bit of doctoring.....If EA wont help then we should help ourselves.
Finally I wish we could all get our heads together and move back to 2007 until EA get the message..........this is not on!!!!!!

They want to bleed as much money out of you as they can. Lets see how many patchs they come out with to fix the bugs and glitchs..Think I will wait before I give them anymore money.:(" |
Untrue, unfounded and uneducated comment, my money is on custom courses being available for 2008 on this site within 2 weeks. |

Custom courses for TW 08 are being worked on as I type, as is a Course and Library installer. Little bit of patience and we will be back to normal very soon

One problem: when you download TW07 custom course without logo.dds file included course will not show up in TW08 game. when you have this problem you can uninstall course and try other, or you can add logo.dds file yourself in course folder .

You may want to try the attached version of the course utilities to assign a default logo to custom courses that doesnt include a logo.dds - without messing around in the registry. select course, open properties, assign any (default logo included) logo via the course logo path selection. Note, I removed the course music path, because it doesnt seem to be supported by the game, anyway !!! |

hope you are right,cos people like me that just about know how to turn the computor on, wont stand a chance, and i do love the game, only played 2007,but had loads of fun,i have read all of this post, blimey you lot, i think you can get this sorted between you, all the best Ken |

If it wasent for PC players there wouldnt even be a good Console golf game, and they treat use like this with left overs from the console junk !!!!. To heck with TW08 it went into the trash can today, I stay with TW07..... |
