I think that poohween is a whole lot more interested in having EA fix online game issues than he is in be arrogant. I think someone here may be confusing someone maybe being a little overly excited with being arrogant. Do you think? |

Just because some of you may have addressed EA in the past on certain issues, and you felt ignored by them, dont call me arrogant because I did get results. I am only here to help, and not getting cheap shots on me, by calling me arrogant. At least I took the time, effort, and persistance to get one thing fixed, that may lead to other things down the road getting fixed. If you guys have to call someone else names, and it makes you looks sooooo BIG and IMPORTANT on here, then more power to ya. As that ol saying goes...ACTIONS speak LOUDER than your words!

| You are correct. You did put time and effort into it and thats more than most would have done. Congrats on your success and good luck with future efforts. |

Thanks big, no hard feelings. Let me say this, and no more will be mentioned about EA. I ENCOURAGE you, as well as ALL members of this board, if you have a problem with EA Sports, please take time to either email EA....at easupport.com or by calling (650) 628-1500, ask for technical support. If we can get enough people to call about things that would make this game better, we all will get quicker and better results! As the old saying goes, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. If we can get everyone on here to call or email them, that will go alot farther then just one person. Again guys and ladies lets all stick together and help our cause!

Dude, I honestly thought you were kidding when you were taking credit for getting the broadcast fixed. Now it seems you really think it was your persistance that paid off and nothing would have been done if you haddent been involved. I dont think anyone would have had a problem or said anything about it if you would have just left it alone, but your arrogance now is the problem.
You act as if somehow your better than anyone else whos tried to address EA on issues with the game. The whole I GET results and no need to question YOUR ability to make the RIGHT contacts makes the difference.
Your efforts, for those who had a problem with it, are appreciated Im sure. I dont mean to knock you in any way but the truth of the matter is, the issuse you choose to address isnt pertinant to any game play problems and even further would have more than likely been fixed had you called or not. Just because things take time doesnt mean they arent being addressed. ESPN is a paying sponsor of the game, and a large one at that.
You may not be nieve but your assumption that it was because of you and your abilities, solely as the reason this was fixed, is.
Now, if you really want to impress us, try using your abilities to get game related issues resolved in the same time the broadcasts were repaired." |
I agree 100%. I sure hope you dont think YOURE the sole reason that this got fixed Pooh but I think you do because I saw you make a shout in the shout box that same night you made the post saying, (and I quote), YOURE WELCOME EVERYONE FOR GETTING THIS FIXED! Of course no one responded because they couldnt believe the arrogance I imagine (or figured you were drunk which would be a natural assumption as well when someone makes such a bold and silly shout). Oh and on page 2 you offered me a nickels worth of advice. Ill send you my home address so you can send me my nickel back. The advice you gave me was worthless. I want a refund. Ive been around on the golf scene alot longer than you have sonny boy, so do yourself a favor, and take your act somewhere else if all you have to bring to the table is that weak azz shiznet. Its not even worth my time to respond to point by point. Youll see after awhile how right I and others are regarding EAs neglect of the common user of their products or the total ignoring of their thoughts/ideas and suggestions. Now to use a famous (yet nameless) persons favorite saying, Youre welcome for the sun and moon and stars and all good things on earth I guess like you Ive got a big head and I believe Im the reason all of things were given to us. I made a phone call to God and asked him if he could send us some pretty things to enjoy. Congrats on getting the results you wanted, I commend you for that, even though turning off the speakers would have saved you alot of time and trouble here and would be a no-brainer solution. But please dont think were so ignorant that wed believe that the sole reason they were fixed is because of you.
(Beam me up Scotty, Im out). |

You know something Tiger...I was wondering why the moon isnt always round like it should be all the time, I guess you didnt do to good of a job creating all those things. I guess we have you to thank for creating the moon, stars, and and the earth as we know it. Lets see, stars fall out of the sky, the moon isnt always round, and earth as we know it, is going to hell in a handbasket. Boy, if I were you, I wouldnt admit to creating any of those things. They are just about as imperfect, as your last post. You have to ride the coat tales of another members post, saying that you Agree 100%. Whats the matter?? Cant believe someone like you, who has been around longer than me, cant come up with his own original posts. Tell ya what, I do not consider myself arrogant, nor do I try to make myself look arrogant. I done EXACTLY what 99% of the members on here would do. Yes, I do believe that I am the reason it got fixed. So, it may be no big deal to you, or others in this forum. BUT, dont get all up in the air at EA, because they have been ignoring you for years now. I told you, and all others, that you have to be insertive, persistant, and just damn right stubborn, when it comes to dealing with these huge companies. Let me ask you this...How did EA become the company they are today? Give up? Its because its people like me, you, and 1000s of others who buy, and play their games. We buy their games year in, and year out. WE, have made EA who they are today! WE are responsible for keeping them in business. If no one bought their games to play, then where would they be? WE should raise hell, if something is not right with any part of their games. I paid my $20.00, so I expect things to be the way they need to be. You have to understand ONE important thing. EA isnt going to listen to just ONE phone call, or ONE email. It takes you pounding it into their heads, until they say...hey we need to address these problems, we may have a legitimate complaint. Rome wasnt built in a week, and fixing EA problems will take just as long too. But its the effort that I am trying to encourage each of us on here to do. Youll get more results out of EA, if we get a 100 or so people complaining, versus one or two. What I was trying to imply was, if he got something done (me)...maybe I can too! As I said in my very first post about this subject, they were totally unaware of the radio situtation being like it was, until I notified them about it, that is why I feel that I may have gotten them to fix it. JMO. Anyway, my fingers are tiring, I hope you see my point.
