It happened twice for me. I am running TW2006 with career editor. The score was tied after 4 rounds using 2004 stock courses (Spyglass and Bayhill). It prompted me for playoff but the program kicks me out of TW 2006 altogether when I click on the button. When I go back into the game, I cannot continue with the playoff. It just lists as the tournament DNF. Has anyone seen this before? If so, is there any way to fix it? Thanks in advance.
