Sometimes I am seeing black objects on the course. Houses, fences, tee boxes etc. At other times they appear textured and have proper tones.

Is there a graphics setting within the game that I can adjust to remedy this ?

Hello John,

You can try to set shader level: low ( or medium ), i think that will fix the black objects.
Start TW08...on main screen go to: Options.....Graphics....and set graphics to: manual settings
Now you will see: Shader level....set shader level: Low ( or medium ).
